Being a local and committed stakeholder, La Ferme des Peupliers mainly hires people coming from the surroundings villages. Our savoir-faire relies on our expertise on 4 jobs, converging towards one same goal: reaching the Excellence. 

L'Agriculteur

Sébastien and his team farm the land using durable and reasoned agricultural techniqes. Half of the field is dedicated to feeding the cows.

« For the cows well-being and the production of a high-quality milk »

 

Edouard manages a team of passionate people, taking care of our cows on a daily basis, all year long. 

Le Transformateur

« Preserving the traditional know-how »

 

Antoine manages a team trained to transform the milk into yoghurt, using traditional methods. The human intervention is deliberately still important to obtain the same taste as in the past.

Claire is in charge of sharing our delicious dairy products to our clients in France, but also in some countries abroad.
